Shari Anderson, RN, Owner
Shari Anderson (formerly Martuscelli), RN has worked closely with board-certified plastic surgeons in Ann Arbor and has served as a leading expert in the field of aesthetic nursing for 14 years. She is certified to administer BOTOX, Dysport, Xeomin and other injectable treatments. She also has extensive experience with intense pulse light, Ultherapy, laser hair reduction, advanced Levulan therapy, CoolSculpt, fractional laser resurfacing, microneedling, and PRP.
Using her in-depth knowledge, she takes the time to identify your concerns and create a customized care plan that fits your needs.
Shari is highly trained in the latest techniques and technologies, and travels the country as an Allergan Medical Institute instructor to teach other medical professionals how to use them. She is also a member the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses, the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists, and the Association of Medical Esthetic Nursing.
She earned a certificate in surgical technology in 1992 and was awarded a degree in registered nursing from Washtenaw Community College in 1996.
Dr. Lisa Profera MD, Medical Director
Dr. Profera is the owner and founder of the Ann Arbor-based integrated aesthetics and lifestyle medicine practice called projuvU MD™. Trained at the University of Michigan Hospitals, she retired from her successful 23-year career as a primary care pediatrician in 2015 to pursue her passion for optimizing health and rejuvenation. She promotes the concept of “projuvenation” (proactive rejuvenation) to help her patients look and feel younger.
Dr. Profera is also passionate about helping people of all ages optimize health and wellness. As a CrossFit athlete, she understands the value of functional fitness for life. She is also a doTERRA wellness advocate and educator (promoting natural whole-plant solutions for health) and an independent distributor for BEMER, a revolutionary medical device that enhances circulation to achieve optimum physiological performance.
